Around The World Pull-Up (not set)[3,12]111Expert0Pull1) With a grip well outside shoulder width, hang freely from an overhead bar as you would doing a pull-up. This will be your starting position.
2) Instead of pulling yourself directly up to the bar, contract your lats to instead go in a counter-clockwise direction, pulling yourself partway up to the right side and continue going upward as you move back toward the center of the bar. Here your chin should meet the bar at the apex of the move.
3) Continue in a circular motion until you are back to the center, reaching full arm extension.
4) Complete for the designated number of reps in the same counter-clockwise motion. Because of the asymmetrical motion you’ll repeat the move for the same number of reps going in a clockwise direction as well.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/around-the-world-pull-up

This will be your starting position.
2)Now move the dumbbells by creating a semi-circle as you displace them from the initial position to over the head. All of the movement should happen with the arms parallel to the floor at all times. Breathe in as you perform this portion of the movement.
3)Reverse the movement to return the weight to the starting position as you exhale.

Variations:
None
Dumbbell Flyes/

Assisted Chin-Up (not set)[3,12]11Beginner0Pull1) Use an assisted pull-up machine or securely attach a heavy-duty band to a pull-up station, securing it around just one knee. The tension should be taut enough to pull that lower leg up. Grasp the bar with an underhand grip, about shoulder-width apart, and hang at full arm extension. This is your start position.
2) Keeping your body straight, contract your biceps and lats to pull yourself up as high as you can, driving your elbows down.
3) Slowly release to full arm extension. Repeat for the required number of repetitions and safely dismount from the apparatus.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/assisted-chin-up

Atlas Stone Trainer (not set)[3,7,8,9,14]111Intermediate0Pull1)This trainer is effective for developing Atlas Stone strength for those who don't have access to stones, and are typically made from bar ends or heavy pipe.
2) Begin by loading the desired weight onto the bar. Straddle the weight, wrapping your arms around the implement, bending at the hips.
3) Begin by pulling the weight up past the knees, extending through the hips. As the weight clears the knees, it can be lapped by resting it on your thighs and sitting back, hugging it tightly to your chest.
4)Finish the movement by extending through your hips and knees to raise the weight as high as possible. The weight can be returned to the lap or to the ground for successive repetitions.
Atlas Stones http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/atlas-stone-trainer

Bend at the hips to wrap your arms vertically around the Atlas Stone, attempting to get your fingers underneath the stone. Many stones will have a small flat portion on the bottom, which will make the stone easier to hold.
2) Pulling the stone into your torso, drive through the back half of your feet to pull the stone from the ground.
3) As the stone passes the knees, lap it by sitting backward, pulling the stone on top of your thighs.
4)Sit low, getting the stone high onto your chest as you change your grip to reach over the stone. Stand, driving through with your hips. Close distance to the loading platform, and lean back, extending the hips to get the stone as high as possible.
Atlas Stone Trainer http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/atlas-stones

Axle Clean And Press ["Continental clean"][8,9,11,12,14,15,2]21Expert0Push1) Assume a shoulder-width stance, with knees inside the arms.
2) While keeping the back flat, bend at the knees and hips so that you can grab the bar with the arms fully extended and a mixed grip that is slightly wider than shoulder width. The bar should be close to the shins with the shoulders over or slightly ahead of the bar. This will be your starting position.
3) Extend the knees to raise the weight, keeping the angle of the back constant. Continue to lift the bar straight up, while keeping it close to your body.
4) As the bar passes the knee, extend at the ankles, knees, and hips forcefully similar to a jumping motion. As you do so, continue to guide to bar with your hands, shrugging your shoulders and using the momentum from your movement to pull the bar as high as possible. The bar should travel close to your body, and you should keep your elbows out.
5) At maximum elevation lean back and rest the bar on your torso. Switch your grip to a double overhand, and hitch the weight onto the front of the shoulders. Without moving your feet, press the bar overhead by extending the elbows.
6) Return the bar to the floor under control.
Clean and Press http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/detail/view/name/axle-clean-and-press
